Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after sample approval and payment confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated before order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Sea Freight: 20–40 business days (cost-effective for bulk orders)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for third-party delays once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. An exact quote will be provided before you place your order.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For lost shipments, we may resend or refund after the carrier confirms the loss.
