Responsibilities of Buyer & Seller
Seller’s Responsibilities (Charlo Garments)

Product Quality – All garments must meet the quality standards agreed upon in the order contract (fabric, workmanship, sizing, etc.).

Sample Approval – We will produce a pre-production sample for buyer approval before mass production. Production will begin only after the buyer signs off.

On‑Time Production – We will complete production within the agreed lead time and notify the buyer when ready for shipment.

Accurate Documentation – We provide correct commercial invoices, packing lists, and any required certificates (e.g., textile origin).

After‑Sales Support – We respond to reasonable quality claims and work to resolve manufacturing defects.
Buyer’s Responsibilities

Clear Specifications – Provide detailed tech packs, artwork files, size charts, and any special requirements before production.

Sample Approval – Review and approve (or request changes to) the pre-production sample within the agreed timeframe.

Payment Terms – Make payments according to the agreed schedule (e.g., deposit before production, balance before shipment).

Shipping & Customs – Accept responsibility for shipping costs, carrier selection, and import customs clearance unless otherwise agreed.

Timely Communication – Respond to our queries within 3 business days to avoid production delays.
