Refund Policy

Because we produce custom and made‑to‑order garments, our refund policy differs from standard retail.

When a refund or credit may be issued:

  • Manufacturing defects – If a confirmed defect (wrong fabric, wrong size by more than 2cm, poor stitching that affects wear) exists in more than 5% of the order, we will either:

    • Offer a partial refund proportional to the defect rate, or

    • Reproduce the defective items at no additional cost (shipping excluded).

  • Wrong items shipped – If we send the wrong product or color, we will either resend the correct items at our cost or refund the purchase price for those items.

  • Order canceled before production – If you cancel before raw materials are ordered, we refund 100% of your deposit. If materials are already cut, we refund 80% of the deposit.

When no refund will be issued:

  • Change of mind after production has started.

  • Buyer‑supplied design or fabric that causes quality issues.

  • Minor color or measurement variation within industry tolerance (e.g., ±5% in color shading, ±1.5cm in size).

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Damage after delivery due to improper handling or washing.

How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a detailed description. We will evaluate each case fairly. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
